A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code will be sent to the email used when checking out once your order has been shipped

Delivery time depends upon which service you choose during checkout. UK orders are delivered within 5 days and international orders within 7 days once shipped

All orders are sent via a tracked service

*Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the EU. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Refunds + Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DELIVERED FAULTY.

If your item(s) are faulty or not as described, once you've received your item(s) you have 48 hours to notify us and request a refund. Once the 48 hours have passed you will no longer be eligible for the refund.

We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We do offer size exchanges, but this is dependant upon if the desired size is in stock.

 

Shipping costs for the return and replacement are at the buyers' expense.

Please email  before sending any items back.

 

If your desired size is not in stock you will be refunded via store credit once we receive your item back and have checked it is still in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Contact must be made within 3 days of your order being delivered and must be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

 

Returns must be sent via a tracked/signed service accompanied by the exchange sheet, please keep your shipping receipt also for proof, if your return goes missing Serique cannot be held liable.

Agreement

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them

 

If you enter the wrong address and your order goes missing Serique cannot be held liable, you will have to place another order or use your tracking code to try track your order down.

The customer is responsible for arranging any missed deliveries with Royal Mail. 

 

If you miss your delivery and it is returned to us, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of reshipping your order and your order will be held until this invoice is cleared. No refunds are available.​

We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online or purchase a new item in store.
